Marketing Manager

The MindFire Marketing Manager owns all aspects of marketing, including branding, website, marketing campaigns, social channels and PR. This role leads and directs a team and works cross functionally to deliver compelling market strategy and content development on all channels using the MindFire Platform for all campaigns.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross functional team to work with existing strategies, and develop content strategy across digital marketing touchpoints in support of the marketing-to-sales funnel and ongoing customer engagement.
  • Develop tactical execution plan for campaign implementation and deployment
  • Manage campaigns deployed through our owned digital marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, email, SMS, ringless and website.
  • Own the digital marketing content creation from strategizing and planning, developing campaign briefs, managing asset development processes
  • Develop website content strategy to enhance user experience, user engagement, and site visibility.
  • Develop innovative social media campaigns
  • Deliver reporting on each campaign and marketing spend and be rooted in data-driven decisions to optimize marketing content
  • Oversee and deliver campaign execution to drive performance and pipeline for the organization, while making campaigns come to life.

Experience

  • 4+ years of digital marketing or content marketing experience, with at least 1 years of experience using marketing automation campaign software, MindFire platform is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience with strategizing, developing, and enhancing effective marketing content
  • Passionate about developing marketing content to drive business results.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and have experience in project management tools
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail a must
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication, project management and presentation skills
  • Ability to think big but at the same time rolling up the sleeves to execute
  • Open to learning new and innovative marketing techniques
